Terms of Service

Cellular Aminos Club is a paid digital membership community that provides educational literature and member discussion forums. The Service is described on checkout as “Digital Membership & Educational Access.” The Service does not sell, prescribe, dispense, or facilitate the acquisition of any compound, chemical, peptide, or substance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

The Service hosts member-generated discussion posts, replies, and research logs (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting, you grant Cellular Aminos Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of posting it. You represent that you have all rights necessary to post it and that it does not violate any law or these Terms.

You also agree that you will not:

• Post medical advice, prescriptions, or dosing instructions directed at others;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim professional credentials;
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than the educational membership itself.

Automated and manual moderation may screen, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms. Removal does not constitute an admission that any removed content was unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or its members, or for any other reason we determine in good faith. A termination for violation of the sourcing or conduct prohibitions in Section 4 is effective immediately and is not eligible for a refund of any subscription charge.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain your User Content and account records as needed to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect our rights.

The Service provides educational and informational content only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical & FDA Disclaimer for full details. You use the Service at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELLULAR AMINOS CLUB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cellular Aminos Club and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Subscription billing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by our Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. Any dispute will first be attempted through good-faith negotiation.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
