Privacy Policy

Account & Membership Data: When you join, we collect your first and last name, email address, educational background, and referral source. This information creates and manages your membership account.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store, receive, or access your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Stripe tokenizes and secures all payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation of successful charge and the last four digits of your payment method for receipt purposes.

Forum & User-Generated Content: When you post in community discussion boards, we store your display name, post content, replies, and timestamps.

Usage & Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and interaction logs (pages visited, features used) for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.

Under the CCPA, “selling” includes the exchange of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in any such exchange. You do not need to opt out of a sale because no sales occur.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, verify, and administer your membership account;
• Process subscription billing through Stripe and deliver receipts;
• Operate, host, and moderate the community discussion boards;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and prohibited conduct;
• Communicate with you about your account, policy updates, and service changes;
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written contracts requiring confidentiality and lawful use, limited to:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and fraud detection, governed by Stripe’s privacy policy;
• Hosting & infrastructure providers — to operate the website and store content;
• Email & communications providers — to deliver account and service emails.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Cellular Aminos Club, our members, or others. We do not share personal information for any third party’s independent advertising or commercial purposes.

We retain account and forum data for as long as your membership is active and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your California Privacy Rights” below), subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records for tax and compliance purposes.

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used;
• Access and receive a copy of their personal information;
• Delete their personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (not applicable — we do not sell or share data as defined by the CCPA);
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@cellularaminos.club. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within 45 days, as required by law.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect login functionality.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure payment tokenization via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected members of any breach as required by law.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated “Last updated” date and notify members of material changes by email or in-app notice.
