Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your subscription is for “Cellular Aminos Club - Monthly Digital Membership & Educational Access.” It grants access to the digital educational library, member portal, and private discussion forums. It is a digital service with no physical goods.

The membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By completing checkout, you authorize Cellular Aminos Club, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your designated payment method each month until you cancel.

Before your first charge and each renewal, we present the following clear and conspicuous disclosures, as required by the California Automatic Renewal Law:

• That your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled;
• The length of each billing cycle (one month);
• The exact amount that will be charged each cycle;
• That you may cancel at any time through the online member portal (see “Cancellation” below).

You must provide affirmative consent to these recurring charges before completing checkout. Renewal charges occur on the same calendar day each month as your original subscription. If that day is unavailable in a given month, the charge occurs on the prior business day.

To cancel:

1. Sign in to your account at cellularaminos.club;
2. Open the member portal / account settings;
3. Click “Cancel Membership” and confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation of cancellation. Cancellation stops all future billing. You retain full access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Because membership content is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately upon payment, each charge is final and non-refundable. This includes the initial subscription charge and any subsequent renewal charges that process before you cancel. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a paid cycle.

If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, contact billing@cellularaminos.club within 60 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. The new price will apply at your next renewal after the notice. You may cancel before the renewal to avoid the new price.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a charge fails, we (via Stripe) may retry it. If payment cannot be completed, your access may be suspended until a valid method is provided. You can update your payment method in the member portal.

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (including the sourcing and transaction prohibitions) are not eligible for a refund of any charge, as described in the Terms of Service.
