GHRPs and the Hunger Trade-off

Ghrelin is the 'hunger hormone,' so any peptide that acts on ghrelin receptors can stimulate appetite. GHRP-6 is notorious for this. Ipamorelin was engineered for greater selectivity, triggering GH release with far less hunger and minimal cortisol.

That selectivity is why it's the GHRP most often paired with CJC-1295 in research protocols aimed at body composition rather than appetite.
